（Cutting down a dead pine tree on September 10, 2026）
参道の松の大木が枯れました。倒木の危険があるため、区長の平田さん、ふどうの森管理人の松田さんの協力を得て、不動尊役員で枯れ松の伐採を行いました。
（The big pine tree along the approach to the shrine has withered. Because
there was a risk of it falling, with the help of Hirata, the ward chief,
and Matsuda, the manager of Fudō no Mori, the shrine officers cut down
the withered pine.）
１．すべての松の葉が茶色に変化。
（All the pine needles have turned brown．）
２．電線や建物に落ちないように、慎重に枝の伐採。
（Carefully cutting branches so they don't fall on power lines or buildings．）
３．切った枝から、大祭に使う松の葉を集める。
（Collect pine needles for the festival from the branches I cut．）
４．建物の屋根に落ちた枝や葉の清掃。
（Cleaning branches and leaves that have fallen on the building's roof．）
５．大木をチェーンソーで切断。
（Cutting down a big tree with a chainsaw．）

６．切った松の木は、火渡り用の長さに切断。
